“You Win With People” – Woody Hayes
The National Register USA Team
David A. Molnar, President
Dave is one of the founding members of National Register USA. He was a staff recruiter on the day the company opened in December 1978. The recruiting industry was “barbaric” by today’s modern standards. Back then there was no technology except a push button telephone and newspaper job advertisements. Dave was named General Manager in 1980 and led the company in its technological advancements from the purchase of the first word processer, the first fax machine, the first PC and on into the Internet Age. In 1994, Dave bought the business from the original owner and embarked on a career-long project to design and develop the company’s own internal CRM software tool. Today, this software is one of the most robust in the industry with nearly 500,000 lines of code. This proprietary database contains data on over 200,000 sales and sales management candidates and is the foundation of NR USA’s recruiting success. Dave is married with three children. He sports two team logos, the Buckeyes and the Steelers.
Pat Mingarelle, Executive Vice President
Pat is a graduate of West Virginia University. He served as a captain in the United States Army Reserve and was a B2B sales manager. After moving from Pittsburgh to Columbus, Pat joined the firm in 1989 as a sales recruiter. He quickly established himself as the sales leader in the Columbus office and, over the years, has become an anchor for the company. He first achieved Century Club honors in 1992 and has achieved that level every year since. He first made President’s Club in 1993 and has been named to that honor every year since. In 1994, Pat was named to the company’s Circle of Excellence. He has been awarded that honor every year as well. In fact, Pat led the company in sales for so many years, that a new award was established to honor his achievement– the Pacesetter Award—which is given for establishing new company records in production. In 1996, Pat was awarded the company’s highest honor by his admission to the Million Dollar Roundtable. Pat had achieved one million dollars in lifetime billings faster than any other recruiter in company history. In his career, Pat has been responsible for over $20 million in recruiting fees. He was promoted to director of business development in 1994, vice president of the firm’s national accounts group in 1997, and to the position of executive vice president in 2013. Pat is married for 26 years and while a long time resident of Columbus, he has firmly held onto his Pittsburgh heritage and remains a die-hard Steelers fan.
