… I won President’s Club … a lot of [my hires] came from you…

As I am sure you remember, when I took over this Division four years ago, it had been ranked in the bottom 50% (and often the bottom 10%) on a national basis for several years. In FY10, my Division finished in the Top 15% nationally and I am happily writing to tell you that I won President’s Club (Top 10 finish in the Nation)! This is no easy feat and it only happens when you have a lot of solid sales people on your team who share your drive, are determined to create an impact and see your Divisional vision.
