2025 remained brisk in our Manufacturing Practice.  Operations leadership roles seemed to dominate – Plant Managers, Maintenance Leaders and Distribution Executives have been in demand this year, especially in building products.  We did notice more movement of those in automotive, with many seeking roles outside the automotive space. However, sales hiring seems to have been light in this sector.  

We also saw an uptick this year in our Financial Technology Practice.  Sales and Sales Leadership roles in core, digital, fraud and marketing services have picked up.  Start-ups have also populated Fintech.  Credit Union spending appears to have picked up creating more opportunities across payments, fraud and chargeback, account opening and core.  Banks seem to be spending more on solutions to increase deposits and benchmarking data.
