David A. Molnar, Senior Partner

Dave Molnar Dave is one of the founding members of National Register USA. He was a staff recruiter on the day the company opened in December 1978. The recruiting industry was “barbaric” by today’s modern standards. Back then there was no technology except a push button telephone and newspaper job advertisements. Dave was named General Manager in 1980 and led the company in its technological advancements from the purchase of the first word processer, the first fax machine, the first PC and on into the Internet Age. In 1994, Dave bought the business from the original owner and embarked on a career-long project to design and develop the company’s own internal CRM software tool. Today, this software is one of the most robust in the industry with nearly 500,000 lines of code. This proprietary database contains data on over 200,000 sales and sales management candidates and is the foundation of NR USA’s recruiting success. Dave is married with three children. He sports two team logos, the Buckeyes and the Steelers.
